Built in 1976, Village '76 is a 100-unit complex offering zero-, one-, and two-bedroom units to qualifying elderly or disabled persons and families. The complex houses Kirksville Housing Authority's main office and a resident community center.
The Devlin Place family complex was also built in 1976 and includes 29 two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Devlin Place is located directly across from P.C. Mills Park and also features a community building.
Resident meetings are held at both Village '76 and Devlin Place. All residents are encouraged to attend and hear the latest information on Capital Funds Improvements and other issues, and share their thoughts and feedback. We encourage our residents to watch their monthly newsletter The Tenant Times for the latest information on Resident Meetings and events.
