Housing Choice Vouchers

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance to persons or families renting a unit (house, apartment, etc.) within the city limits of Kirksville. Once family eligibility has been determined and a unit passes both screening and inspection, Kirksville Housing Authority will assist with rent payments based on a percentage of the qualified applicant's, or applicant family's, income.
