Here at Kirksville Housing Authority, we value our landlords. We strive to provide prompt, effective communication about any and all HCV program requirements. From a landlord liaison to our monthly newsletter publication the "Bridge Builder," we provide with you in mind.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has numerous landlord resources available to keep you in-the-know, including their own landlord newsletter, resource landing page, and much more! Links to these resources, among others, have been provided below for your convenience.

In years past, our agency created, maintained, and distributed a list of area landlords to our applicants and participants. After a brief hiatus, we are pleased to announce the revival of this incredible resource for our HCV voucher holders! Connecting perspective tenants to landlords provides a direct line between those with the supply and those with the demand. Cue cost savings and financial stability!

So, how do you get listed on KHA’s landlord list? Complete our “Property Contact Information” form and return by mail to:

New landlords will complete additional paperwork and attend a landlord briefing. This ensures understanding of how the program works and rapid enrollment into ACH Housing Assistance Payments (HAP).
